I have been riding motorcycles for 50 years, and I currently ride a 2007 Harley Electraglide. I was a self taught rider with some bad habits until taking a class in 2001 , a BRC 2 (then known as the Experienced Rider Course). That class was a wake up call! I continued taking additional classes after realizing I was not a very good rider. I decided to get trained/retrained so I could be the Jedi that I thought I was.
In 2005 I had an opportunity to become an instructor with T3RG. I ride all year long averaging 15,000 miles per year with my wife, who also rides a Sportster Trike conversion that I built for her. With over 200,000 riding miles since taking professional training, my road skills and rider radar are now Jedi status- with few close calls or issues.
I now enjoy teaching full time and average over 400 students per year teaching the Basic Rider Course, Basic Rider Course2 , and trike and side car classes. I have a passion to teach new riders how to be safe on the road and take motorcycle skills to a higher level, especially in the corners. We live in a great state with lots of curves and mountain roads.
